Shipping Policy
1. Orders
All orders received are subject to bank authorization prior to processing. Only authorized orders will be processed. Orders are processed for delivery on business days only (Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays). We use J&T Express as our standard delivery courier. Most orders will be processed and delivered within 3 – 7 business days (West Malaysia) and 5 -14 business days (East Malaysia) from the order’s date.
2. Delivery Charges
Our standard delivery charges per order are as follows:
- Orders of RM100.00 and above (after deducting discount or instant rebate voucher if applicable) are entitled to delivery free of charge within Malaysia.
- For West Malaysia, delivery charge is RM8.00 for those orders below RM100.
- For East Malaysia, delivery charge is RM18.00 for those orders below RM100.
3. Delivery Coverage Areas
We only deliver to addresses in Malaysia. We do not deliver to PO Box addresses or ship internationally.
4. Failed Delivery
In the event that we fail to deliver to you at the delivery address provided by you, we will make a subsequent (2nd) attempt at the specified delivery address. We regret to inform that you that your package will be returned to innisfree Malaysia and orders will be cancelled if both deliveries failed (1st and 2nd attempt).
We strive to deliver your purchased products in shortest time possible. All orders are in processed as soon as the transaction is confirmed.
Currently, we can only send orders to street addresses in West Malaysia and Sabah. We do not deliver to a PO Box address. We are unable to ship to any International address.
Refund Policy
• Store Purchase: Return within 30 days from the date of purchase of the product(s).
• Online Purchase: Return within 30 days of receiving the product(s) ordered from the Eyelash Shop Malaysia online store (eyelashshopmalaysia.com). Example: If you received the product(s) on 1st May, please return the product(s) by shipping it to our warehouse by 30th May.
• Product(s) can be returned for exchange or refund, provided the product(s) is returned in new and original condition with original product packaging, price tags and labels.
• If the product(s) has been discounted either by promotion or coupon codes, the amount refunded will be based on the net amount i.e. paid price for the product(s) less the coupon amount as indicated on the receipt. Delivery charges paid in the original order are non-refundable. The coupon code may be replaced at our sole discretion if the product(s) to be refunded is damaged, defective or faulty.
• Product(s) sold at mark down prices due to defect cannot be returned.
• Only product(s) purchased in Malaysia can be returned.
• Eyelash Shop Malaysia reserves the right to reject requests for returns and/or refunds where (i) such requests are deemed habitual in our sole and absolute discretion; and/or (ii) there is suspicion of purchase for the purposes of resale.
• Eyelash Shop Malaysia reserves the right for final decision.
• Eyelash Shop Malaysia reserves the right to amend this policy at any time without prior notice.
